Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Playa del Carmen
Vinyasa Yoga
is a more active and energetic Yoga practice. You will use the breath to move from one pose into the next one in a flow-like manner. Every movement times with an inhalation or an exhalation. Of course some meditation and pranayama will not be missing either. Vinyasa flow is a yang kind of yoga and helps you improving muscle tone, strength, flexibility; it will permit you to be present and relax your mind.

Yin Yoga
is a meditative and mindful approach to Yoga, and it is an inward-focused practice. Yin Yoga will allow the connective tissue around your tendons, muscles, and ligaments to relax, which will improve your circulation, agility, and flexibility.
It is a restorative style of Yoga in which the poses are held for a period of 3-10 minutes per pose. It provides no flow, no rapid movement from one pose to the next. You can expect forward bends, hip openers, twists, and shoulder openers but no standing poses in Yin Yoga.
